CNN fires reporter who wished for another Hitler to exterminate the Jews

CNN has done the only thing they could, which was to fire the freelance reporter who openly hoped for another Hitler to exterminate the Jewish people:

THE HILL – CNN has fired a freelancer for a tweet that stated “The world today needs a Hitler,” the company said in a statement Sunday.

Adeel Raja posted the tweet just before 1 p.m. Sunday, according to the Washington Examiner, though the tweet has since been deleted.

“Adeel Raja has never been a CNN employee,” a CNN spokesman said Sunday, when asked about the tweet.

“As a freelancer, his reporting contributed to some news gathering efforts from Islamabad. However, in light of these abhorrent statements, he will not be working with CNN again in any capacity.”

Raja could not be reached for comment.

He may not have commented to The Hill, but he did comment on his Twitter that he was glad his tweet ‘contributed to the Palestinian cause’:

What a schmuck. This guy actually considers himself a ‘martyr’ of sorts because he lost his job. The truth is that his tweet really didn’t contribute to so-called ‘Palestinian cause’, but rather exposed the intense and dark hatred in his heart for the Jewish people.

Raja literally left CNN no choice but to fire him. And now anyone who would hire him will have to contend with both his Hitler comments and his defense of them after being fired. I’d say he’s left himself with only few options.
